All orders placed are shipped with Australia Wide via Australia Post. Online orders are processed and dispatched Monday - Friday within 48hrs of being placed.Australia-wide Orders over AUD $350 receive complementary Standard Shipping at Checkout.For orders under AUD $350 Australia-wide, a AUD $15 Shipping Flat Rate will be applied at Checkout. Please note: If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be dispatched the following working day. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of CouriersPlease. We will endeavour to ship items to you as soon as is practicable. We will also try to let you know if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery time, where practicable. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to deliver to all locations, or to provide convenient delivery options to all locations. If there are any unforeseen issues with shipping your purchase to you, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options, or cancellation of the order if absolutely necessary.
We will ship the item to the address provided by you at the time of purchase. If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. You must ensure you are present and able to receive the delivery of the product at the estimated delivery time.

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, and our delivery partner deems it safe to do so, we may leave your product in a safe location at the specified address. If our delivery partner deems it unsafe to do so, the purchased product will be returned to our delivery centre, and we will attempt to deliver it on our next delivery run, or contact you to collect your purchase from our delivery centre.
We will not be liable to you for any losses, costs, charges, damages, or liabilities arising out of late delivery, incorrect address being provided by the consumer, or items that have been misplaced, or stolen after they are left at a location deemed to be secure by our delivery partner.
